Dashboards and AI demonstrations on the Website use simulated sample data.

Information you provide: name, business email address, company name, job title, phone number and the content of messages you send us, for example through the contact form or integration request form.
Account information (when the Services are available): login credentials, workspace settings, billing contact details and user preferences.
Customer Data: data you choose to upload or connect, such as spreadsheets, database tables or records from business applications, used solely to provide analytics to you.
Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed and interaction timestamps, collected through server logs and cookies.
3. How we use information
To provide, operate and maintain the Website and Services; to respond to inquiries and support requests; to send service-related communications; to improve and develop features; to monitor security and prevent fraud or abuse; and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Data for advertising.
4. AI-assisted analysis and data processing
Certain features of the Services use artificial intelligence and machine learning to generate insights, explanations, forecasts and natural-language answers based on Customer Data.
Customer Data processed by AI features is used to deliver results to the customer within their workspace. Our approach is not to use identifiable Customer Data to train general-purpose models shared with other customers without the customer's permission.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are provided to support — not replace — human judgement, and users should verify important outputs before acting on them.
We may use third-party AI or infrastructure providers acting as our service providers, subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where specifically requested.
